About the Founder
Taylor Bayless, MPA, is the founder of Envory Consulting & Compliance and brings more than a decade of experience supporting nonprofits, universities, and mission-driven organizations. Throughout her career, Taylor has managed multimillion-dollar grant portfolios, negotiated and administered complex contracts, supported federal compliance and audit activities, and helped organizations navigate the ever-changing landscape of grants, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Holding a Master of Public Administration and specialized training in research administration, compliance, and regulatory oversight, Taylor founded Envory with a simple goal: to help organizations spend less time navigating red tape and more time advancing their mission. She is passionate about building strong partnerships and providing practical, reliable solutions that empower organizations to grow with confidence.
